This short film highlights the valuable long-term benefits that Dance to Health brings to participants, volunteers, Dance Artists and the wider community.

Included are interviews with Aesop’s West Midlands Manager Jodie Stus, Dee Manning from the Active Wellbeing Society, Eddie Aigbe of Lozells Methodist Community Centre, Jenny MacNamara and Jenny Murphy both community Dance Artists, and participants and volunteers, alongside footage from the Dance to Health sessions themselves.
